SHIPPING

SHIPPING METHOD

— All orders are shipped via USPS unless otherwise specified in an shipping email to the buyer. Customers will receive tracking information upon shipment. PLEASE NOTE: We are approaching the holidays and the busiest shipment time for all shipping companies. Your tracking information may not be updated, but it does not mean that your package is lost! Please allow 7-21 days for delivery, even for Priority shipments.

— If the cost of shipping is more than $10 over the shipping amount paid at checkout, the customer will be responsible for paying the remainder via invoice. The invoice will be sent to the email address used at checkout for the purchase. The order will not be put in the mail until the invoice is paid.

— International customers are responsible for all customs charges and reshipment if the package is returned to my studio due to a customs issue.

SHIPPING TIME

— I work hard to get all orders out in a timely manner, but processing times may vary. Please be patient, as this one woman team is doing all she can to get your beautiful artwork to you! If your order takes more than 10 days to process, I will contact you to keep you updated.

HOLIDAY DELIVERY: I am unable to guarantee Christmas delivery, as USPS shipping times are at an all time high during the holiday season. My final shipping date for holiday orders is December 18th. Your tracking may not update consistently throughout your package’s trip to your doorstep. Please allow 7-21 days for delivery, even for priority shipments.

DAMAGED PACKAGE

— Grown Wild Paper Co. is not liable for any damages to your order incurred during transit. I do my best to package every order with care and plenty of packing materials to ensure that it safely arrives to your home.

— You may file a claim with the shipping service responsible for your packages if it arrives damaged. I insure every order of original artwork to the full price, and every USPS Priority shipment is automatically insured up to $100 regardless of contents.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE

— Grown Wild Paper Co. is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package to be lost in transit or stolen upon delivery, please contact the shipping service responsible for the package and file a claim. I insure every order of original artwork to the full price, and every USPS Priority shipment is automatically insured up to $100 regardless of contents.

— Please keep in mind a “lost” package may look a lot like one that just hasn’t been scanned by the shipping service while in transit. Allow up to 21 days before contacting the shipping service or me, please! I have the same tracking information as you, and I cannot do anything to retrieve lost or delayed packages once they are out of my studio. Shipping services are experiencing unprecedented shipping times and package volume, so please be patient and kind as you wait for your order! We all thank you.

— If you input the incorrect shipping address, it does not qualified as a lost or stolen package. The mis-delivery of a package due to the incorrect address being input at checkout does not qualify your order for a refund. If the package is returned to the studio by the recipient at the address the package was delivered to, the customer is responsible for fees incurred by the reshipment to the correct address.


RETURNS

ALL ORIGINAL ARTWORK IS FINAL SALE

— All original artwork sales are final, including ornaments. Please take time to ensure color palettes and sizes will work in your space before purchase, as I do not offer refunds or exchanges on original artwork. If not in perfect condition, the description and images of the artwork will reflect any imperfections (specific to The Archive Sale or any “seconds” sold).

ISSUE WITH ORDER

— If there is an issue with your order, please feel free to email me at haley@grownwildpaperco.com and I will work with you to find a solution.

RETURNS

— Returns are accepted within 14 days of the customer’s receipt of goods. Original artwork sales are final and not eligible for returns.

— If the customer purchases a product that is eligible for a return (i.e. a print), the customer is responsible for the cost of shipment if the original packaging is unable to be used for the return. If the original packaging is intact, I will cover the cost of shipment (the return shipping label I can print matches the specifications of the original packaging).

— Products / artwork damaged in transit back to the studio due to insufficient packaging are not liable for refunds.

— If your package is damaged, lost, or stolen, please file a claim with your local post office’s Postmaster. I take care to purchase insurance for all original artwork shipments.


COMMISSION PROCESS

— An initial, non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the determined commission price is due before work on the piece may begin.

— A final payment equal to 50% of the determined commission price is due upon completion of the piece, as well as an estimated shipping cost if applicable. This final payment is due upon completion of the work before the artwork is mailed or delivered to the client.

— The artist retains full rights to the artwork. If the client wishes to buy the rights to the commissioned artwork, they may email the artist at haley@grownwildpaperco.com for details on this process.
